Golf
Golf – the way you want it!
With three 9-hole linked golf courses designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. The course sweeps down to the ocean, allowing all golfers the opportunity to marvel at the natural beauty and challenge of the 27 holes.
Integrated into the natural amphitheatre of the Bay of Lagos, Robert Trent Jones Junior II tailored Europe’s next great golf course – Palmares Golf.
He designed the golf course with the highest level of international tournament golf in mind as well as a pleasurable golf experience for members and tourists alike. There is plenty of challenge, if that’s what you want – from all tees! Palmares Golf is composed of three returning nine-hole loops – Alvor, Lagos and Praia – all with its own character and ambience.
Wine Tasting
At Monte da Casteleja, our goal is to produce high quality wines, white, red and rosé of the Portuguese variety.
Take a guided tour around Monte da Casteleja. Get to know a little about the history of wine in the Algarve when we discover the terroir in Casteleja, take a walk in the vineyards, cellar and vineyard and taste 3 of our wines.
We want to recreate the concept of “vin du producteur” with the help of a combination of new technology and ancestral art, such as feet treading, maceration with stems and aging in wood.
